A second visit to Quyen Cafe was fun but just not as much fun as the first visit, maybe it had to do with expectations. Quyen Cafe is the only special* cafe in San Jose I visited or know about. The same "milf" staff was working on my second visit and it was fun to watch them work. Two of the three waitresses had a special greeting and good bye for regular customers. The third waitress was only social to her regular customers. The greeting and the good bye are worth the visit but this time they did not pour tea too often and did not socialize at all with me. Overall, Quyen Cafe is the best coffee shop in San Jose and it is fun. The coffee shop scene in San Jose is underwhelming but an hour or so at Quyen is worth the time and money. *for more on special cafes, please send me a direct mesage

Cash only, there's no menu or listing for prices on the drinks. The girls there are pretty and wear revealing clothing. The mornings are exclusively inhabited by unemployed or retired Vietnamese men, in there late 40s and up The drinks are just like the drinks at other cafe but I'm pretty sure that the men only cares about at this place.

great place to go for tea, in fact just a great place to just chill and be. I've ended up in some great conversations and good times here.

Closes at 5pm on Sunday when the listed time said 7pm. Note they sure have changed since I was a regular. For those who complained (or because of those who complained?) how all VNese cafe waitresses are unfriendly and off-putting, the waitresses here are super friendly and attentive. And, it is not smoky nor stuffy if that's your thing.

BOOBIES, COOCHIES AND BADONKADONK GALORE IN A COFFEE SHOP?!?!? Ok, maybe minus the badonkadonk. Curious? I know I was... Five years ago, if someone were to ask me to go to a Strip Club or the like, I would have blushed and kindly nodded my head and said, "No, thank you..." Three years later, thanks to a blessing in disguise, I became fully liberated. WHOO HOOO, LET'S GET THIS PARTAY STARTED!!! I started to live my life the way I should have when I was 21; binge drinking, non-stop partying, running on 2 hours of sleep at work. A late quarter-life crisis, if I may say so myself. This led way to my curiosity with Strip Clubs. My first experience at Scores in 2009 which Howard Stern made famous was blah so when any opportunity arose to go to a Strip Club, I would anxiously raise my hand and say, "I WANNA GO!!!" Yes, guys....girls can also appreciate beautiful girls! So naturally, when I heard about this Man Jose Vietnamese Cafe with Bikini and Lingerie cladded waitresses, I was game; of course not without doing my due diligence of Yelping it first! I told one of my guy friends about Café Quyen and he said, he was down to go (I think I had him at bikini). On Saturday, 5.28.11, my friend and I came to Café Quyen at around 3 PM. Café Quyen is located in a small Vietnamese shopping plaza on Tully Road. When you pull into the parking lot, you will see lingering tatted Asian Gangsta Wannabes and will hear blaring music from storefront with black tinted windows and a lavender neon sign...WELCOME TO CAFÉ QUYEN! As you step through the doors of Café Quyen, you may have to slap yourself just to make sure you're not fantasizing because it's definitely a feast for the eyes. Five Vietnamese waitresses in their early-20 to mid-20s wearing nothing but PASTIES, TEEENY WEEENY BRAS and of course THONGS. Let's all sing along now, "That thong th thong thong thong..." And oh yah, did I mentioned that one of the waitresses was wearing a fishnet stocking one-piece dress with NO PANTIES!?!?! Guys, you can wipe off the drool dribbling down your face now. The girls were heavily made-up but most were pretty with two of them rocking awesome fake boobies. (Note to self: Next time, get the name and number of their Plastic Surgeon). 30 minutes into it, the music turned up a notch too much and started B-L-A-S-T-I-N-G in an almost ear-bleeding volume. I guess this was the cue for the waitresses to jump on top of the chairs and fulfill their inner stripper fantasies. It was quite entertaining to see the almost naked waitresses dance; some sensually touching themselves while some looked like they were having a seizure. No pun intended. After the 5-minute show was over, some of the patrons made it "sprinkle". What happened to "Making it Rain"?!?!? BOOO!!! I know some Yelpers have complained about the girls not being friendly. But, can you blame them when they're practically naked and having older sex deprived creepers eye-rapping them? I don't. OTHER THINGS TO NOTE: *Free ice tea and free refills. *All other heavily iced drinks are $4: Ice Coffee, Lemonade, and Avocado Smoothie. *There's 3 rows of tables with 10 tables smushed together in each row. *5 Flatscreen TVs for your viewing pleasure or non-viewing pleasure. *Free WiFi (password is located on the side of the Lotto Machine). *I LOVED THE MUSIC and would have jumped on the chairs along with girls if I was drunk. :X BUT, if you can't stand Britney, Kesha, Lady Gaga or Katy Perry blaring into your ears, bring ear plugs! *I heard that you can pay the waitresses for a little something something in the back, but we didn't see any of those transactions take place when we were there. *Paying is through the honor system and you will have to walk up to the front before you leave to pay your bill. The owner will also ask that you put a tip for the waitresses in the jar. TIP FOR THE LADY PATRONS: Don't wear anything low-cut unless you want to be part of the gangbang eye-raping session. The one hour I spent at Café Quyen was the most entertaining and interesting hour I've ever spent in my life. Would I go back? HELL YAH! I already told my friend, he BETTER drag me along the next time he goes...

After a day of window shopping with some buddies, one of them asked if we wanted to get some drinks at a Vietnamese coffee cafe. Expecting a place that served some boba and perhaps some froyo, I would find myself (delightfully) shocked at what we would find instead. As it turns out, Cafe Quyen is one of "those" kinds of Viet coffee joints. The waitresses during the time we were there were generally pretty hot and their bountiful cups overfloweth with cleavage. Pasties were about the only thing between this place turning from a coffee bar into a strip club but even the powerful, but mediocre coffee, could distract my attention from the "show" if you will. You can go here to play games or watch TV, but we all know why we're here and it's definitely not for the coffee. I'm also all about not smoking indoors so this was a welcomed relief too. My only complaint would be that the waitresses were more interactive and perhaps even crack a smile once in a while, but alas, when one is walking around in lingerie and serving coffee to dudes who are there for T&A, it's tough to keep your dignity. Ultimately though, I've got to rate this a generally positive experience for me (I mean, seriously, lol). Coffee/tea, "T", and "A"? What more could you ask for? Food: 6/10 Service: 8/10 Price: $ Atmosphere: 7/10

Quick Review: The parking was spacious The girls were decent, one girl had a big bush in the front and bruises on her glutes which made it kind of awkward lol The coffee (cafe su da) was like any other vietnamese coffee The shakes taste like any other shake you would get at like a pho restauraunt. Overall, this place is just good for its eye candy. I recommend it if you're feeling lonely.
